A Reiki session is a gentle, energy-based wellness practice designed to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. During your session, you will remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on a treatment table or seated in a chair. The practitioner lightly places their hands on or just above specific areas of the body to support the natural flow of energy. Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, calm, and refreshed during and after a session. Experiences vary from person to person and may include sensations of warmth, tingling, emotional release, or simply a peaceful sense of rest. Reiki is a complementary practice intended to support relaxation and stress reduction and is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. No drugs or alcohol 24 hours before your session. Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to settle in and make the most of your session.
